Flexible Work System

Senior Market Analyst
Job Description:
1. Industry Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct long-term tracking of overseas lithium-ion battery applications and the energy storage industry. Analyze market dynamics based on policies, supply, and demand to forecast market trends and scale. Provide regular reports to management to support strategic investment decisions.
2. Customer Analysis: Conduct comprehensive scanning of business opportunities in overseas markets, identify key regions and target customers, and develop differentiated business strategies tailored to different customer types.
3. Competitive Analysis: Collect and analyze information on major competitors’ business operations, personnel, and product offerings in overseas markets. Assess the company’s competitive strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to enhance market competitiveness.

1.Act as the owner of mass production, taking the lead in solving technical issues, improving yield and efficiency, and reducing manufacturing costs.

Process Simulation Engineer
Job Description:
1.Responsible for simulation analysis and optimization of mechanical structures and mechanisms in battery cell and system manufacturing processes; use simulation tools to resolve process challenges and develop key process know-how models (e.g., electrode calendering, slitting, sheet cutting, winding, sealing, casing, welding, etc.).
2.Develop and execute test plans for simulation model benchmarking, and calibrate simulation models based on experimental data.
3.Develop automated simulation applications (APPs) for process engineering, and lead related promotion, training, and internal implementation.
4.Build, upgrade, and maintain the lithium battery process know-how model library.
5. Establish simulation systems for battery manufacturing processes, including workflows, standards, report templates, and supporting hardware/software infrastructure.
6. Track and evaluate emerging simulation technologies worldwide, and lead their introduction, development, and application within the company.
Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Science, Mechanics, or related fields.
2.At least 2 years of experience in mechanical or structural simulation; background in mechanical structure or mechanism simulation preferred.

3.Develop functional fillers and plasticizers for polymer electrolytes to improve application performance.

3.Summarize issues arising during pilot production, lead trial production meetings, and ensure timely issue resolution.
