Can your company’s lithium-ion batteries be customized?
Yes, Irayenergy lithium batteries can be customized according to different parameters, including battery capacity, voltage, dimensions, shape, and other specifications. As long as you tell us the size, capacity, operating voltage, and usage environment of the battery you need, we can open a mold and make samples for you.
What is your company’s minimum order quantity for lithium batteries?
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the battery customization requirements. Generally, the MOQ for custom batteries is 1000 pcs; for batteries that are in stock, there is no minimum order quantity.
What is the delivery lead time for your lithium batteries?
The delivery time depends on the order quantity. For custom-developed lithium battery bulk orders of 50,000 pcs, the delivery lead time is 25 days (excluding shipping time); for in-stock lithium batteries, the delivery lead time is 5 days (excluding shipping time).
Can we request samples for testing during the early stage of the project?
Yes, many of our customers choose to make samples for installation and testing before placing bulk orders, to check whether the sample battery meets the requirements. For custom samples, our company usually charges a sample fee and shipping cost.
Can your company accept on-site factory audits?
Yes. We warmly welcome customers to visit our factory for inspection and guidance. If you plan to visit our factory, we will prepare airport pickup, accommodation, and meals in advance, and provide you with professional technical and translation support.
How is your company’s after-sales service? What is the warranty period for the batteries?
Our company’s Quality Department has 25 staff members, among whom 3 are specifically responsible for customer after-sales issues. Irayenergy provides a 1-year warranty for the lithium-ion batteries we supply. If any problems occur within 1 year, you can contact us at any time.
Does your company have overseas branches?
At present, we have not yet established dedicated business units for specific countries, because our batteries are sold to various countries around the world. In the future, we will consider setting up overseas branches in countries or regions with large sales volumes. In addition, we attend exhibitions in different countries every year to showcase our battery products, and all exhibition information will be published in advance on our official website www.irayenergy.com and our social media accounts.
