High Energy Density

Irayenergy’s batteries offer a volumetric energy density of 550–650 Wh/L and a gravimetric energy density of 200–300 Wh/kg.

Low Self-Discharge Rate

Under normal temperature storage, the full-charge voltage drop is ≤ 4 mV/day (0.17 mV/h), and the half-charge voltage drop is ≤ 2 mV/day (0.083 mV/h).

Long Cycle Life

For conventional lithium cobalt oxide or NCM systems, capacity retention exceeds 80% after 500 cycles at 0.2C charge/discharge.

Depending on size, single-cell weight can be controlled from 1g to 100kg.

Customizable Size

Irayenergy can tailor battery dimensions to match the shape and size of the customer’s battery compartment. Ultra-thin, ultra-narrow, oval, and curved batteries are all customizable.

For a 1000mAh cell, ~30mΩ for standard capacity types; below 10mΩ for high-rate designs with multi-tab winding or stacking.

For a 1000mAh cell: capacity tolerance ±20mAh, voltage ±25mV, resistance ±4mΩ, width tolerance ±0.4mm, height tolerance ±0.3mm; thickness tolerance varies by specification.

Yes, we can. Our dedicated R&D engineers will work closely with you to understand the details of your product, including operating environment, usage characteristics, required battery dimensions, capacity, and voltage. Based on this information, we will provide a tailored battery solution.

Yes, samples are available. For in-stock samples, we can ship them within 1–3 days. For customized samples, production takes about 10–15 days (shipping time not included).
For in-stock batteries, there is no MOQ — we can supply any quantity you need. Production lead time for in-stock models is typically 3–7 days, depending on the order quantity. For custom batteries without stock, the MOQ is 1000 units, and the production lead time is 25–30 days.
Yes, we can assist in providing the certification reports you require.
Each battery we produce undergoes aging tests, capacity grading, and K-value testing. Every batch of graded cells is also submitted for a full range of tests, including electrical performance, safety, and storage reliability. All shipped batteries come with a one-year warranty. For any issues beyond the warranty period, our dedicated after-sales engineers will assist customers in resolving the problem.
